Credit Card Processing Fee

If you use a credit card, a 3% fee will be added to help offset the processing costs (this helps cover the fees they charge us).

We promise we're not ruffling feathers - it just helps cover the fees they charge us.

This fee is NOT more than what they charge us. 

Sales Are Final

All purchases made are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before providing payment and finalizing your order.

Custom Arrangements

We are happy to offer custom floral designs tailored to your preferences and occasion. Please note the following:

• All custom requests must be finalized by the florist.
   
• Flower availability may vary due to seasonality or supplier limitations.
   
• If a requested flower or item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value, in line with your selected color scheme or theme.
   
• In the event a significant change is needed, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative options.
